Earthwise is a family food venture born in New Zealand 17 years ago, newly revitalized and thriving in Portland, Oregon.
We craft small-batch, nutrient-dense treats that don’t force you to choose between pleasure and nourishment. Every bite is built on traditional food preparation methods, pristine ingredients, and two decades of experience in the healing arts of food.
Founded by Sharon Moliken – a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and trained natural foods chef – Earthwise brings the wisdom of food-as-medicine that enhances every treat we make. Her partner in all things, Warren, provides storytelling, connection, and a genuine love of feeding people well.

Divine Goddess Chocolate
A decadent, flourless chocolate brownie made with Peruvian heirloom cacao and organic cold-pressed coconut oil. Chewy and silky, topped with toasted hazelnuts for a rich, crunchy finish. The Goddess is chocolate perfection – with MCTs that deliver fast, natural energy and brain power in every bite.
Dream Sphere Truffles
Hand-rolled truffles made from coconut butter and dates. Cacao Dream Spheres are rich with Peruvian heirloom cacao. Lemon-Lime Dream Spheres are bright and citrusy. Both are creamy, indulgent, and genuinely nourishing. Real food indulgence.
Zed Bites
A nut and seed square designed for real fuel. Lemon Zed is bright and energizing. Zedspresso (made with Portland’s Coava espresso) is deep and rich. Both deliver sustained energy without the crash. Alpine-tested. Portland-made.

A twice-baked coconut macaroon with an Oregon hazelnut tucked at the center of each triangle. Golden, chewy, with an aroma that stops you before you even take a bite.

We use organic coconut oil and coconut butter, and naturally occurring sweeteners like dates, honey, cranberries, and coconut sugar. Our nuts and seeds are soaked to remove phytates – making them easier to digest and unlocking their full nutritional potential.

Earthwise ran a thriving healing foods business in New Zealand for five years, crafting fermented foods and these very treats. We know what we’re doing — and we’ve been doing it for a long time.
